Klara Nilsson is the Founder and Senior Editor at Knitting Knowledge, where she has written dozens of articles on knitting patterns, tools, and techniques.
In addition to finding the best-looking patterns on the internet, Klara also produces handy guides, reviews, and resources to help new and advanced knitters learn about knitting.
Klara has been knitting since 2007 – over 13 years. Since then, she has completed hundreds of knitting projects, designed her own patterns, and sought out ways to promote young independent clothing designers.
After struggling to find exciting, modern knitting patterns and high-quality materials, she created Knitting Knowledge to solve that problem. Her goal is to combine the traditional art of knitting with modern, stylish designs.
Originally from Stockholm, she now lives in London, where she spends her free time reading, browsing local galleries, and raiding vintage clothing shops.
